"In relation to thefts via access to the CAN Bus system, at the time you purchased your car, this method was not readily known and furthermore, and particularly important, appeared to be concentrated within London and within the M25. This has remained the case accept for isolated pockets of these thefts reported in and around Birmingham. We have been in close contact with those Centres in London, in particular, who have been aware of this criminal activity and what it entails and the impact that it has had."
